Easter is almost upon us and Spring us in the air. The cherry blossom and magnolias are looking spectacular. I can’t wait to go for a walk along the river and take some photos this weekend. We’re doing an Easter event tomorrow in the academy. We’ll have an Easter egg hunt and egg colouring. I bought some Easter chick baskets, from Coupang, to make with the children.

The children are all full of bouncy, Spring energy too. They are jumping around and lively as lambs. They are almost as cute, most of the time. The baskets are a bit difficult for them I think so I am sewing them up today and they can decorate them tomorrow.  I hope everyone has fun. Nobody much is Christian so they don’t really realise why we’re doing Easter activities, it’s just fun to them.

As cliched as it may sound, we teach because…
