I’m so heartbroken today at the news that RJ Mitte, the actor who played Walt Jr./Flynn in Breaking Bad has died at the young age of 34. He was always a favourite of mine as he championed disability awareness and inclusion. He did not let his cerebral palsy prevent him from acting and modelling. I thought his acting in Breaking Bad was outstanding and he always stuck in my mind. I was proud of him.

It appears, tragically, that his death is a suicide. I’m so sad that he took his own life. I thought about it all day, about how he must have felt. He had a bright smile when interviewed recently, but you never know how people feel inside. Please, please always be kind. And if you’re feeling depressed or suicidal please seek help. Everyone has worth, even if you feel otherwise.
