It’s the start of monsoon season here in South Korea. So far, however, we haven’t had much rain in Uijeongbu at all. It’s humid and sticky but it’s not raining a lot. When it does rain it’s still warm and is very different from the rain back home in Scotland which can be refreshing in summer.

I’m feeling pressurised at work right now. Because I’m going on vacation soon, they are throwing everything at me this week and next. Speech rewrites, parent teacher conferences, report cards, spelling tests. The list seems endless. I’m going to have to go into work early each day I think and probably work at the weekend too. It’s pretty stressful at work right now.

I have discovered I hate getting massages. I just can’t surrender to it and relax,…
