There are big changes going on at the academy. The other three foreign teachers are all leaving this weekend! I have enjoyed working with them all so much and am sad to see them go. But, I wish them well in what they do next. The new teachers arrived yesterday and seem very nice. It’s just a big change and I feel as if I’m the only one staying in place. One of the new teacher’s is Scottish and it was good to hear a voice from home.

Thinking of home, I really miss good quality cheese so I ordered some cheddar online. I used Coupang. I couldn’t get Scottish cheddar but I got some Wyke Farms vintage cheddar and I had a slice last night. It was divine. It was crumbly and mature and strong. Definitely worth the expense. It makes living here, so far from home, a bit more bearable.
