I got a new class yesterday. Just three students, but I really like them. They were so polite and did their work no problem. They were a breath of fresh air. As a teacher, I know students are human and have feelings and will act up sometimes, but it makes a huge difference when you get a class that does what you need them to do without a struggle. That said, most of my students are great kids. I’m fond of them.

I got a lovely compliment today from a fellow writer. She said my writing was classy and professional. I was blown away that she’d describe my work that way and although my output lately is non existent, it really gave me a boost and made me feel like I should try writing something again. I’m going to start with this blog and then see if I can conjure up some words to add to my work in progress.
